Welcome to Koyo! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Koyo language learning application ("App") and its associated services ("Service"). By accessing or using Koyo, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

By accessing and using Koyo, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old or have obtained parental consent if under 13. You also confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

Payments and Subscriptions

Some features of Koyo may be available on a subscription basis. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees, taxes, and charges.
• Allow Koyo to process payments via a third-party payment provider.
• Understand that payments are non-refundable unless required by law.
